It's almost.... SUMMER

Hey everyone!
School is almost out and you know what that means:
IT'S TIME TO PARTY.

We have a really great summer planned for all of us to have fun and get to know each other. Here are the next Big Wednesdays and upcoming fun activities: 

June 6: Carnival
June 20: The Beach Trip
July 4: No Big Wednesday this day. Be with your family!
August 1: Water Wars

As and added bonus, we're telling you what our fall is going to look like too. Get excited!

September 5: Bigger or Better
October 3: Pumpkin Carving
November 7: Soccer


This summer will be great! Don't forget to sign up for camp ASAP!

Big Wednesday Dec 7th 7-8pm

We ordered over 100 cookies for you and your friends to decorate, so bring your friends. We are also going to make snow globes, paper ornaments, dog presents, and play reindeer dodgeball. Hope to see you here. Bring a friend.

Bigger or Better!


Hey Ya'll,
September is close and you know what that means! It means Big Wednesday! This month's Big Wednesday is September 7, 2011 and it starts at 7pm. This month we are playing Bigger or Better! It's a fun game where you exchange something small for something Bigger or Better. Since we are going off the church grounds we need your parents to fill out a release form. If you don't have one, that's ok! We have plenty for you to have! Please remember to bring it Wednesday.

Ways to make money for camp

Camp is rapidly approaching and we want you there. If you're stumpted on how you're going to come up with money to be able to go, here are some fundraising ideas:

- Sell candy bars (buy them for $0.50 and sell them for $1.00)

- Mow lawns

- Wash cars

- Have a yard sale

- Set up a lemonade or cookie stand

- Baby-sit

- Pet-sit

- Ask your neighbors or friends if they have any work that needs to be done

- Make and sell crafts, artwork, jewelry, cards, etc.

- Collect cans and bottles to recycle

- Have a bake-sale

- Save allowance and any other money you get

soltrek is a decade old tradition combining an epic roadtrip, a jaw dropping, adrenaline pumping theme park, old friends, new friends, and the best Friend ever, Jesus. It is for all students entering into grades 6,7, and 8 for the 2011/2012 school year. This just might possibly be a better than average week!
